Jenny has been working on perfecting her customer service skills in various roles over the last 20 years. She was able to complete her Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Management in 2015, while working on her customer service and management skills. She is dedicated to making sure her customers are always satisfied with services provided and continuously striving for new ways to improve the overall customer experience. She is able to utilize the knowledge she has acquired from her degree by focusing on continuous improvement of client satisfaction, business processes, and overall efficiency. She brings her personality and joy to her work, which in turn creates a great customer experience for all involved!
Jenny enjoys spending her free time watching ALL Wisconsin sports and ANY great basketball game, tailgating at Brewer’s games, bowling in the winter, and golfing as much as possible in the summer.
